Due to the seasonality of our beef harvest, all beef bundles are currently out of stock.  You may still place a backorder, but please note that your order will not be fulfilled until early July 2025.

We are also currently taking reservations for June – November 2025 when we resume our normal summer beef harvest.  Reserve your 1/4, 1/2, or whole beef today!  Deposits are already beginning to roll in!
