Brass Family Farm is not a walk-in retail store and does not have regular shopping hours. All beef is sold by pre-order. Please place your order before visiting the farm.

Bulk Beef

Pickup at Our Local Butcher

Reserve your quarter, half, three-quarter, or whole beef online with a deposit.
Choose your custom cutting instructions.
Pick up your finished order directly from our trusted local butcher when it’s ready.

Our next available butcher dates are now August 2026.

Bulk beef orders placed today will be scheduled for our August harvest dates.

Those spots are beginning to fill, so if you’re planning to stock your freezer this summer, we recommend reserving your beef soon.

All of our listed beef boxes are in stock and available, unless otherwise noted as “backordered”.
Backordered beef boxes will be fulfilled in Early-Mid August 2026.
