Each package includes one individually weighed brisket, usually 2.25–3 lbs. Your final total will be based on the exact weight of your brisket at pickup. A less-tender cut, it becomes tender and delicious with long, slow cooking. Great for the smoker.
Because each brisket is individually weighed, please choose “Pay at Pickup” during checkout. Final payment will be collected when you pick up your order.
