100% GRASS-FED & GRASS-FINISHED BEEF — FROM OUR FAMILY FARM IN NORTHERN ILLINOIS
Located in Stillman Valley—just west of Chicago and 15 minutes south of Rockford—Brass Family Farm has been in our family for over 100 years. We offer premium 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef through quarter, half, and whole beef shares, along with convenient smaller beef boxes available for farm pickup.
While modern agriculture has changed, our convictions haven’t: we believe in healing the soil, raising animals with respect, and feeding families clean, nutrient-dense food you can feel good about.
If you’re looking for real food from a real farm in northern Illinois, we’d be honored to serve you.
Our Story

FAMILY MANAGED
Stephen Brass (fourth generation) currently runs the day-to-day operations of the farm while his wife, Andria, is busy raising the fifth generation of future farmers.
